Tall Bob's Ice Cream Roundup

Rude teenage customer service, unruly and eating food items while preparing food. Ignorant and not efficient in counting out change. I live in the area and frequently, DAILY purchased items particularly slushes. I purchased a slush float on 7.2.25 and a new employee didn’t know how to prepare the slush. 3 other workers including one who later stated she was the manager and owner were in the rear of the building eating, playing and very loud. The slush float looked terrible. The staff who prepared it transferred contents from cup to cup and then pour the slush into a cup and added ice cream on top.
It was unacceptable. The appearance was not appeasing

They were really kind considering I had alot of questions because I haven’t been there since I was a kid & a lot has changed.. their lemon ice cream & fried pickles are the absolute best!!!

Food was fresh employees were kind and the atmosphere was decent. Now I can't speak for the summer but my experience a few days ago was great

The employees that are always friendly and know exactly what I want when I walk in.

Been here more than my hands can count and I have never had a problem they're a wonderful atmosphere great people to chill around and the food is always on point and very quick to get it to you and not expensive at all I feel they even top dairy Queen sorry DQ

Great workers and good food. The chili cheese tamale was pretty good! Ample parking and quick break. They have outdoor seating as well.

they busted my cup with my blazer i didnt think anything of it, til i got to the bottom & was eatin styrofoam & it was a hole in the cup & they not answering the phone
