Fantastic breads and jams and pickles! Sourdough is stratospherically off the charts (not too sour either!) Add their jam and it perfection! The fresh baked Bagels are a must eat as well!
I just picked up my sourdough order in Peoria as I was recommended to them by a coworker! 10/10 affordable and fresh when picked up! He answered all the questions I had about the starter I ordered. Was delish definitely happy with what I got!
C & J make the best sourdough available in Central IL! They are a must-stop spot during the Bloomington Farmers market season, and during the winter I look forward to their delivery every Monday! Their bread for breakfast is truly the highlight of my days! Consistently high quality and such kind people.
