Went for dinner, asked the waitress for recommendation. Suggested the the mac and cheese with burnt ends and greens. I was hesitant due to the green but tried it anyway. Absolutely delicious! A little salty from the ends but other than that it was amazing. Stayed amd had a couple drinks and played trivia. Very fun night, great food, atmosphere was very relaxed. Definitely would go again! Take a chance and try the mac and cheese bowls.

The Neon Bison delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish! The Nashville Hot Chicken Slider was the highlight—crispy, spicy, and perfectly paired with tangy pickles. The chicken tenders and salads were fresh and flavorful, and the lemonade was just right. Our server, Brooklyn S., was friendly, attentive, and made the meal even more enjoyable. Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere—highly recommend!

We stopped for lunch this afternoon and our waitress Betty was so friendly and welcoming! The Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was SOOO GOOD! We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area.
