Here you can pay for the most expensive shake ever and get a heaping serving of bad attitude from the owner when you raise your eyebrows in shock at the price! $9.65 for an extra large shake! ... And he starts rudely telling you that he'll give you a refund if you don't like the price... "Is there a problem... Is there a problem? With the attitude like he's going to make a problem if you say yes...well, I won't be going back to that place that I've frequented many times since living here. This owner makes Seinfeld's Soup Nazi look like a charm school graduate...

The parking lot was clean and tidy despite it beyond the corner of a busy street. They actually put the mixture in your ice cream and the toppings for your nachos on your chips, unlike other places. It is CASH ONLY like a lot of the ice cream shops nowadays. I would definitely recommend this place!

I pulled into Theos with people in line. The parking lot smelled of weed and then were told after waiting to have order taken that “If we are ready to order, we can’t help you”. We are closed. They then closed the window and shut the lights off. This was my first and last experience here.
