Holy crap! Here you can pay for the most expensive shake ever and get a heaping serving of bad attitude from the owner when you raise your eyebrows in shock at the price! $9.65 for an extra large shake! ... And he starts rudely telling you that he'll give you a refund if you don't like the price... "Is there a problem... Is there a problem? With the attitude like he's going to make a problem if you say yes...well, I won't be going back to that place that I've frequented many times since living here. This owner makes Seinfeld's Soup Nazi look like a charm school graduate...

The parking lot was clean and tidy despite it beyond the corner of a busy street. They actually put the mixture in your ice cream and the toppings for your nachos on your chips, unlike other places. It is CASH ONLY like a lot of the ice cream shops nowadays. I would definitely recommend this place!

I pulled into Theos with people in line. The parking lot smelled of weed and then were told after waiting to have order taken that “If we are ready to order, we can’t help you”. We are closed. They then closed the window and shut the lights off. This was my first and last experience here.

It was a good experience. Service was fast and the ice cream was so tasty..
$16 for three hot fudge sundaes. They tasted frozen like ice milk instead of creamy soft ice cream. Very small portion for a large. No toppings all. No nuts whip cream nada. Mc Donald’s has a better sundae. Never again.

We may have come at a bad time, but this place seemed to be struggling a bit when we got there. I think something was wrong with their slushy machine and I saw they had to give a refund. But there was a bit of a line and it was moving very slowly and the staff weren't giving much information to the customers about what was going on. Probably took us 20 minutes -- to get soft serve ice cream...

The customer service at this establishment is outright TERRIBLE!! I just left from there the guy at the window was so rude upon taking my order I bypassed it but when he didn’t get my order right and I requested that he get what I asked for instead of what he gave me he EXPLODED going back and forth with me about what I ordered until I just finally said (could you just make the right one?) he proceeded to make it in still the most rudest way ! You know when a child is upset and they jerk their body around while mumbling under their breath that was him remaking the ice cream he messed up the first time I have never seen such child like and disrespectful behavior from an ice cream shack employee ! And on top of all this there was a line of other customers he did this in front of, so we all we just looking in disbeliefAnd I quote “TALL BOBS WOULD NEVERRR!!!!”
