Tyroni's used to be fantastic, but has gone down hill since the last time I was here.
The service was not good, but the server was friendly. It was not busy when I was here, but the service was very slow. I had to ask for utensils, then had to ask for napkins. The utensils used to be rolled in napkins, on the table when you were seated. Not any longer, I guess.
I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, and the Alfredo sauce tasted like garlic mayonnaise. The chicken was good. The dish was served with very little Alfredo sauce, so I had to ask for more. The server brought it and told me he was not adding the extra sauce to the ticket because it didn't look like enough to him either. Why, then, did he serve it without getting it corrected first?

It took them about 20 minutes to help me and Carry out I ordered my food waited for an hour to get the wrong order didn't realize till I got home they need to hire someone to take care of carryout people because it does not look like their place is that busy anymore but yet they can and get the right order out for carryout

Came here to get a quick bite with friends! They have BOGO 1/2 off pizza! Me and my friends got meats pizza! REALLY FLAVORFUL! Fresh, crispy! Amazing welcome and service from Jessi, she is fantastic! I will be coming back!

I love Tyroni's calzones. One of the best around. I get meatballs, but you can't go wrong with any type.
Pizza is okay. However, customer service and order accuracy are not good. We ordered 3 pizzas and waited about 45 minutes, and they messed up one of them. We called to let them know, and they said, “Well, we can give you a credit. We are busy and would prefer not to remake it.” We told them we are from St. Louis and that the credit would not really do us any good. To which she replied, “Sooo, you want us to remake it?” in a voice that sounded like frustration. We did ask for a refund, and they declined, so yeah, remake it then. When we got there, there was a line, which was no big deal, but one of the workers saw the line and, under her breath, said, “Oh my god” and then loudly in an aggressive tone said, “Who’s next?”
