Waited in line for 10 minutes at the register and when we asked if they could take our order they said to wait even longer because they had more important orders to take care of first

Three strikes and you are out. Never been to the establishment, but third door dash order. First two, order wasn't only wrong - they were clearly not paying attention. Now, third chance and they are 37 minutes into making a hamburger. The second dasher has now waited for 20 minutes. An embarrassment!

Other Wendy's locations have fully adopted app usage. Those places call out your name when your order is ready. Not here, they put your food on a shelf and hope you figure it out. Other knocks are, only one slice of pickle when extra pickles were requested, and no spoon with a frosty.

All of our food was nearly warm. None of it seemed fresh or even slightly hot. The servers were not friendly. Even a little surly. The restaurant itself was dirty.

Price on menu not what they charged. Ordered 4 5 dollar bags charged 6 a pc.
People may get upset at this location for long wait times, but they've been short-staffed for a long time.
Despite the problems outside their control, the food has always been excellent and I have to give shout outs to Tim and the rest of the crew. I eat there practically every day for a quality meal for a low price. $8 for a big ol' double cheeseburger is well worth it. Definitely stop by but try to find a time that isn't peak rush.
