On Valentine’s day we ordered 10 wings that they shoved in a small box causing all the sauce to spill over the entire bag and my back seat…i didn’t say anything because we go to this wingstop all the time and they normally do an amazing job. we ordered again today and the wings were all half sauced and the corn and voodoo fries were sooooo over seasoned we couldn’t even eat them. on top of our food being awful, we set our order to be ready for 6:15 and i waited until 6:55 for my food. i don’t know who quit or got fired but bring them back because this new staff sucks!!!

Ordered DoorDash, missing a 5piece wing, called, they said I had to bring it back to get it replaced, they gave me 5 wings and didn’t replace any other food so now I’m eating cold and soggy fries and cold bbq wings💯do better

The staff on Saturday February 1st was absolutely killing it! They were jam packed with RUDE customers but they all kept their cool and locked tf in!

Extremely slow service. Either make the food in the order it comes in or get rid of online orders. I waited 30 minutes at home and then was waiting in the store for over an hour. I finally walked out after the cashier said she couldn't do anything. Is there no management holding the chefs accountable? Who was picking which orders to fill when there were 5 customers in the store actively voicing their hunger induced disdain?

Very rude was talking about customers that had disabilities also didn't care there was a hour wait for everyone's food ..cooks saying they don't care and cursing I highly recommend not to come to this store any more better food around for cheaper

No doubt their wings taste amazing but the service??? I placed my door dash order 20 minutes ahead. Door dash app said my order was ready for pick. I arrive at their store 15 minutes after i placed the order but I still had to wait for 30 more minutes. I dont understand when there is a lot of people inside their kitchen. Also, one of their cashiers is not pleasant towards customers. She never smiled. She never greeted anyone who comes in through their doors. When she talks to customes, it will give you the impression that she’s irritated to attend to whatever you need from her.

Good thing their wings taste soooo good. Their management need to hire more pleasant people and they need to look into their service time.
