I try to keep in mind it’s a newer location but after several visits I gotta say the workers need more training and better attitudes if they are going to work with the public… my order has been wrong a few times, there is one girl with horrible customer service skills… for the price they can do better

If you're in a hurry don't go there. They take at least 10-15 in a drive thru if there is more than 3 cars. Terrible service, gave us the wrong drink.
First time here 3 employees at 800am. Ordered 2 LG hot signature got iced. The girl up front was great to change it to decaf before starting then the ticket machine started going off. Her demeanor went into overdrive. Thanked me handed them to me and bolted for next order. I got her attention and pointed out my mistake and told her to slow down che k tickets. She was hustling whIle the other 1 at the window then the other. Walking around between the 2 working ones.

This is the closest Dunkin to me so I have given them a chance but I always consider driving to a further one bc the service is not the best! Every time I order here they overfill the drinks with ice I barely even get 2-3 sips when my drink is gone. It’s very upsetting specially when I’m paying over $6 for a drink 🥲

Worst Dunkin ever. Waited 10 min at counter because 3 young employees were ignoring us and chatting in the back. Had to call them over to get service. Then she specifically asked me if I wanted my drink hot or iced. I said hot. My picture shows what I actually handed. Go to another Dunkin!

I’ve been a loyal customer, literally every single day, since the day that they opened and unfortunately it has just went downhill the past year. I have had so many order issues, as well as horrible coffee. Most the girls there are awesome & the managers Trish & Kenneth are fantastic, but there’s a couple employees who should probably not be working there if they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s very frustrating wasting $ when the coffee doesn’t taste anything like it should & you’re constantly given the wrong donuts. Probably will be taking the further drive every day now to go to a different location.

This place needs all new training ASAP! I stop here in my Semi to do my 10hr. I have been here 10 times in the last year. The first few times,the store part was open but the DD and the sandwich shop wasn’t completed yet. So when it was finished we were excited to give it a try. Here is what we experienced…. The sandwich shop is pretty good,they just need trained better for heating properly. It has come out cold every time. The prices are pretty high even in this economy,especially serving it cold. DD is an absolute failure! Every drink I have ordered from them has been wrong! They don’t know how to make and mix the ingredients properly period! They are always out of almost every single donut they offer. The donuts they do have, end up being so hard we throw them away. Flies are flying around inside the donut case also. Three times we have stopped,we witnessed drink machines and food supplies being on the bare floor! Yes just laying on the dirty floor with nothing u see it to protect it from contamination. Breakfast sandwiches coming out cold and undercooked. I don’t know what’s going on here,but Corporate needs to step up and deal with this or they will be closed down. I am going to contact Corporate as well and the State. I want to know when they were inspected and see a report. I will also request they get inspected again. This is going to make someone very very sick. Unacceptable period! If these things were fixed it would be the perfect and best stop to come and do a 10/34 break.
