I’ve been a loyal customer, literally every single day, since the day that they opened and unfortunately it has just went downhill the past year. I have had so many order issues, as well as horrible coffee. Most the girls there are awesome & the managers Trish & Kenneth are fantastic, but there’s a couple employees who should probably not be working there if they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s very frustrating wasting $ when the coffee doesn’t taste anything like it should & you’re constantly given the wrong donuts. Probably will be taking the further drive every day now to go to a different location.

This place needs all new training ASAP! I stop here in my Semi to do my 10hr. I have been here 10 times in the last year. The first few times,the store part was open but the DD and the sandwich shop wasn’t completed yet. So when it was finished we were excited to give it a try. Here is what we experienced…. The sandwich shop is pretty good,they just need trained better for heating properly. It has come out cold every time. The prices are pretty high even in this economy,especially serving it cold. DD is an absolute failure! Every drink I have ordered from them has been wrong! They don’t know how to make and mix the ingredients properly period! They are always out of almost every single donut they offer. The donuts they do have, end up being so hard we throw them away. Flies are flying around inside the donut case also. Three times we have stopped,we witnessed drink machines and food supplies being on the bare floor! Yes just laying on the dirty floor with nothing u see it to protect it from contamination. Breakfast sandwiches coming out cold and undercooked. I don’t know what’s going on here,but Corporate needs to step up and deal with this or they will be closed down. I am going to contact Corporate as well and the State. I want to know when they were inspected and see a report. I will also request they get inspected again. This is going to make someone very very sick. Unacceptable period! If these things were fixed it would be the perfect and best stop to come and do a 10/34 break.

Ordered a large mint tea , two tea bags and 6 pumps of sugar. The tea bag was split open and there’s no sugar AT ALL. I tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone.

Try the new truck stop on 88th Ave in Peotone. Went for gas for pickup. Ordered Charlie's cheesestk. and ice coffee at dunkin! Can't get any better. Charlie's has wings too. This place is clean and new.

Staff are nice but ive noticed in the last couple weeks the regular amount of ice has became too much. Like an inch below the lid. The last 4 times ive ordered the sparked there has been so much ice packed into the cup I have had to open the life and remove some ice to make room for the straw.

Rude workers who look like they don’t want to be there as well as terrible quality drinks and food items. If I’m paying that much I’m going to go to one of the local owned shops.

I will never go back here again!! I visited last Friday evening and bought a large iced coffee and medium iced coffee and it was $11.92!! My drinks weren't even made correct on top of the price Absolutely Ridiculous!

This was my first time here and the coffee was delicious. I used the mobile app and went through the drive thru and it was quick and efficient. I will be back again and would reccomend this location for ease as it's easy to get to from 57. My only complaint was that the employees' fingernails were noticeably dirty. They were kind and professional, but it was just something I happened to notice.

We are on a trip and this is our first time at Dunkin. The clerk who waited on us was patient and informative. In our conversation we found out he was the general manger of the area. Super nice guy. He let us try two different ice coffees. Now we know which one to order the next time.
