My favorite Dunkin I’ve been to in a long time! The morning crew are so helpful and get everything to me without wait! I like to try new things and they always have amazing recommendations and always greet me with enthusiasm! I look forward to my daily stop every morning!Parking: Parking is right next to the entrance!Kid-friendliness: The employees seem to love having little ones in the store!Wheelchair accessibility: Very open floor plan

I only worked there for about 2 weeks, within those first couple of days I was degraded and made fun of.. and even told to “Shut up” by one of my coworkers, this was witnessed by the manager which did nothing to fix the bullying, being stressed out I voiced how I was feeling and I was told not to return. It was easier to get rid of me than to address the situation. These people are not nice.

When i went to the Peotone location, Makayla waited on me. She was very friendly despite the customer ahead of me that was very rude to her. I give her a ton of credit as she kept her cool even though he was extremely rude because he wanted her to pour his coffee into his personal cup and she told him she couldn’t do it. He was literally throwing a tantrum. When he finally departed she even told him to have a great day. I myself probably would have thrown his coffee at him. This girl deserves a raiseKid-friendliness: They have many items that kids love

I ordered a black cold brew coffee with light ice. What I recieved was a brown clouded coffee with extra ice. Horrible nasty coffee.

The workers are nice but this is the 4th time I've ordered a drink and it was wrong. 2 of those times I ordered a hot Chai and got only warm milk. Maybe some more training is needed? I'm giving it 2 stars for now because the people are nice, but the drinks are not what they should be.
