I was impressed by Stephanie, who was clearly new but incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. When I asked for a recommendation, her eyes lit up as she shared three mouthwatering options. I followed her advice and opted for the burger with pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, and mushrooms, along with a side of cheese sauce for dipping. It was a flavor explosion!

Came in tonight for the crab legs they were delicious but after 3 hours of being there I was over it. 1st time customer. Crab legs were good ...alot of water in them... They seemed to b short staffed for a Friday nt. Took over an hour just to get our soup for it to b wrong. I'm I'm food industry not complaining just giving my honest review. Our waitress was ok.

Not a terrible looking place at first glance. Then you look a little closer and see the messed up tables and chairs; the dirt stains in the floors; the wind spinners outside in the flower boxes stuffed in prescription pill bottles (only noticed these when I was leaving). Ordered an appetizer combo and they didn’t bring the right things we chose. The portion size was so small it was ridiculous and very over priced for what you get. I had three dining partners and we all ordered the same main course of pierogis. It took an hour to get our food. It was brought out in a cast iron like it should have been hot. It was very much not. The actual pierogis tasted like they came out of the freezer isle at the grocery store and they were actually burnt. They claimed to be cooked in a garlic butter sauce, but they tasted like they were just thrown in a deep fryer and then finished to death on a flat grill. Sauerkraut was tasted like canned sauerkraut and was not rinsed. Left a real bad aftertaste. Finally, the portion size was a joke for hour much they charge. Then, as we were leaving, one of my dining partners noticed the waitress pull a vape out of the back of her pants (not a back pocket either) while in the kitchen and take a hit. She then shoved it back in her pants and went back to work without washing her hands. Will never go back.

Always a pleasure coming to Fire Pit. Service has always been quick and efficient. The bartenders are knowledgeable and well versed on the menu (bar and kitchen)! The owner Lisa is always welcoming and knows the family by name, even when we run into her at the local shopping areas. The food is consistent, especially the firey blaze burger! Try the mac and cheese, won't regret it. Our favorite local bar.

Bar more so than restaurant, I ordered brisket sandwich it tasted like it was thawed out and sauced up to through off how dry and old it tasted, the sauce tastes peculiar kind of like cloves I can't explain it... My friend ordered chicken Caesar salad it was in a weird crust bowl anyway if you com here ... JUST DRINK!

I ordered the all you can eat white fish special (Friday nights), and although they were generous in bringing extra portions, the fish was overcooked (fried too long, dark-colored, and a bit tough). Strangely, the fries were perfect: tasty and hot. My dinner companions' meals were better: meatloaf and brisket. A side of mac n' cheese was particularly good in its own crock and a nice-sized portion. Lastly, our side of the dining was strangely empty except for us on a Friday night. Maybe it was an off night?

This place has really, really good food. Does it look like a "townie bar?" Yes. Is it a "townie bar?" Also, yes. Can you get really good frog's legs, mussles, and sandwiches? Strangely, yes. If you're on a trip or live near by try them out.

So for starters it’s hard to tell that there is even a dining room and not just a bar area. The food is bland, unseasoned, and was definitely odd tasting. Maybe I need to drink a few before the food tastes good. The service was good though and that’s about the only appealing thing about this place.
