I called my order in and it was never actually taken. I had to re-order when I went to pick up and it was still done incorrect.

We were in the are for work and decided to place a pick up order on our way back out of town. The online order said 20 min - we were only about 10 minutes away so we drove to the restaurant and waited inside. The total wait time was about 45 minutes. We didn't mind too much because we enjoyed the atmosphere and games available but we were eager to hit the road home. While the restaurant wasn't busy, it seemed they had an event going on next door so our assumption was that had something to do with the long wait. However, we were never offered something to drink while we waited or spoken to, for that matter, other than alerting the bartender that we had a pickup order.

Once we finally got our order, we paid and left. Unfortunately we didn't check the order first. The food was right but there was no cutlery, napkins or condiments in the bag (for 4 people). Again, not the biggest deal but slightly annoying to have to eat a salad with your finger.

Now to the food - EVERYTHING was cold or barely luke warm and most of our entrees were completely unsatisfying - which sucks because we would have definitely liked to visit this place again next time we are in town.

Shaun was our bartender. He was excellent and super helpful. He was running the bar and giving people tours of the building and didn’t miss a beat. Thank you!

Shaun & Avin were amazing! We were out of town and stopped in after a local recommendation, the best decision! The food was amazing & service was attentive! It was the perfect saturday noon :)

Came here for my 30th birthday, Shaun and Avin made the experience incredible!! I didn’t ask for a birthday dessert but they over heard and brought me a sweet treat. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. I drove two hours away for this trip and this restaurant made a perfect girls day afternoon.
