Cannot recommend this place enough. My family and I were traveling from St. Louis back to Milwaukee and wanted some pizza and a place for the kids to move around. This place hit all the marks and really went above and beyond. To start, it was a shift change just after we ordered from the bar. The transition was seamless and both bartenders were attentive to our needs. My husband and I got to hang at the bar while are kids played pop a shot and other games. We ordered 3 different pizzas and the meatballs. All of them were amazing in their own right and my husband loved the meatballs. My family especially enjoyed the Bianca. Unfortunately, there was a slight issue with that pizza, we brought it to the bartenders attention and within minutes the manager was over to apologize and make it right. He offered us another pizza to go, and we took him up on that knowing we still had a couple more hours on the road. They also removed the original pizza from the bill. Here’s where they really went above and beyond—we mistakenly left our credit card there, my husband paid but didn’t know that I gave my card to the bartender to hold. We didn’t realize we left the card until 45 mins into our trip. I was able to contact the restaurant and again within minutes the owner called me back. He took my information, gave me his cell number and ensured he would drop it in the mail come Monday. Not only was the food amazing, the staff attentive and the atmosphere perfect for our kids, it’s clear that these are a great group of people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids and families!

This building was really neat inside and out, and their pizza was delicious! We went hiking and stopped here for lunch on our way home. Kids got chicken tenders and fries, and I got the margherita pizza. There is a lot to look at inside the place, from the architecture to the games, and the food being delicious tied in an overall great experience for us!

Get the cheese curds! They were absolutely divine. I loved the crunch created by the sharp corners, paired with the smooth melted interior.Pizza was also good, but was a bit "juicy" for our liking. There was just slightly too much sauce, and a lot of cheese which made it kind of block out a few other flavors. I can definitely see how this might appeal to some, but I thought the creativity of the different pizzas deserved to be enjoyed by letting each ingredient shine. The vibe here is really cool, the building had a lot of history. I was impressed by the bartender's knowledge of it as well. There is a wall full of craft beers that you can self-pour with a crd that tracks how many ounces (you pay by ounce). That was kind of unique. There were some games in one corner, and they had a couple large private areas on each side for weddings or gatherings. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out!

I hadn’t tried this restaurant until recently, though I had driven past it many times. I was pleasantly surprised by this place, the old building and stone walls make for a quaint atmosphere. The restaurant is very spacious and has a full bar, with a separate and cozier bar in another room for you to relax and have a quiet drink with friends. The star of the show at this establishment, in my opinion, is the “beer wall”, a self-service wall of beer taps where there are many kinds of beer that you pay for by the ounce using a keycard.Don’t forget to wait for the timer to finish, or close the digital menu before you step away with your keycard from the wall after pouring your beer, or else someone will be able to pour themselves a glass of beer on your dime, as other unknowing reviewers have experienced. The selection of beer on the wall appears to change a little over time, as they were slightly different the second time I visited. There is a high pressure automatic glass cleaner under the beer taps to rinse your glass in between sips of different beers. As you would probably expect, the fare here seems to be centered around the drinks, as all the food they have goes pretty well with a beer or a cocktail. There was plenty of staff to provide quick service when I visited. As I recall, the menu is mostly different kinds of pizza, which is made in, I believe, authentic pizza ovens.Apart from the dough nuggets and fried cheese cubes, which are delicious, I recommend the Thai pizza , it’s similar to the Thai Chicken pizza at California Pizza Kitchen, but without as much veggies strewn on top.If you are visiting LaSalle-Peru and want to stop for drinks and a bite to eat before going shopping, you should give this place a try, especially if you fancy some good beer.Parking: There are several spots on the street out front of the restaurant, but you may have to park and walk down the sidewalk a bit if they are occupied.

This isn't a place I would go out of my way to visit. A group and myself stopped in for lunch so this place could be better in the evening when an event is happening. However, the food was nothing to write home about. Respectable pizza for sure, but not mouth drooling delicious. Service was decent, but several things got mixed up. One being additional beers were added to my buddy's card for beer pulls at the tap wall. I am baffled that a card that gets assigned to you could incur such a mistake. All in all though, if you are in the area and find yourself hungry for pizza this will hit the spot.

First time and only time I’ll ever be at this place. The waitress was real nice but the pizza was awful. Basically cardboard. I was told the margarita pizza was suppose to be as such. Pictures attached . There was basically no cheese. I’ve never in my life seen a margarita pizza that was basically just crust. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Too many pizza places to choose from for this nonsense.

Waitress forgot my order. Had to reorder. Forgot my drink as well. I ate about half an hour after everyone at our table. Not going back.

Awesome service and our bartender was great at answering all our questions about beer and local history. When ppl say the Midwest is boring they don’t know how we shaped this country! We loved the cheese curds and meatballs. Great place!

Establishment was goodBut disappointed that the distillery, Star Union Spirits, on premise, wasn't carried for liquor options. Let's support local business here. Great liquor by Star Union, why wouldn't you offer?!!!!

Waitress forgot to put our pizza order in. We sat there for an hour waiting and then finally another waitress came to tell us that there was a mix up with our order and they would get it right out to us. We had to be somewhere so we couldn’t wait for our pizza to be cooked.

Vegetarian options: I will say that although taco pizza is not vegetarian, the salsa that is served with it is the BEST.
