I am highly disappointed the past 2 times I ordered for pick up! Pizza partially burnt, barely any toppings on my pizza’s and the was big pretzel shrunk by almost half but it’s still the same price! I regret spending my money tonight!

So I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt three times. Each time was just kind of meh at best, but tonight was insanely unenjoyable. We ordered our pizzas and informed them that my girlfriend has major food issues (wheat allergy). We told them to be careful when prepping but they ended up bringing her regular crust instead of the cauliflower crust which started stomach issues after just a bite of it. The waitress was super friendly about the situation and had another one made up. Then after the meal was done and we went to pay for my girlfriends glass of cider at the bar, it took over 40 MINUTES of standing at the bar for one of only three understaffed bartenders to finally get around to us to pay for the tab. I get that it is sometimes very busy and the staff as a whole is very friendly but there seriously needs to be someone to step in and tighten up the way the place operates.

Zero sense of urgency from bartenders. Waited 25 minutes to even be greeted. 2 other couples sat here almost as long while new guests would approach the bar and get waited on almost immediately.
All the "clean" glassware was dirty AS HELL. pulp or sediment on every glass...I thought it must be the dirty glasses. smelled them and it was awful.
seriously. smell the glasses before you use them. I understand beer leaves a yeasty smell. but it was turned all the way up.
I hope it was a fluke because what a cool place this is. it was also 815 pm when I walked in ....so not that busy and the bartenders had bar backs.
it's 9:08 and ive gotten my artichoke dip.

Cannot recommend this place enough. My family and I were traveling from St. Louis back to Milwaukee and wanted some pizza and a place for the kids to move around. This place hit all the marks and really went above and beyond.
To start, it was a shift change just after we ordered from the bar. The transition was seamless and both bartenders were attentive to our needs.
My husband and I got to hang at the bar while are kids played pop a shot and other games. We ordered 3 different pizzas and the meatballs. All of them were amazing in their own right and my husband loved the meatballs. My family especially enjoyed the Bianca. Unfortunately, there was a slight issue with that pizza, we brought it to the bartenders attention and within minutes the manager was over to apologize and make it right. He offered us another pizza to go, and we took him up on that knowing we still had a couple more hours on the road. They also removed the original pizza from the bill. Here’s where they really went above and beyond—we mistakenly left our credit card there, my husband paid but didn’t know that I gave my card to the bartender to hold. We didn’t realize we left the card until 45 mins into our trip. I was able to contact the restaurant and again within minutes the owner called me back. He took my information, gave me his cell number and ensured he would drop it in the mail come Monday. Not only was the food amazing, the staff attentive and the atmosphere perfect for our kids, it’s clear that these are a great group of people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great drinks and the pizza is even better. Stick with the pizza tho, ventured out my last 2 visits and tried the sandwiches, not good. The chicken parm comes with vodka sauce but you wouldn’t know it because they put so little on. Last night got the Grandma Cheese melt and the meatballs were ice cold. Place is too busy for anyone to care if your happy with your food.
