Went to the Jersey Mike's in Peru Il. today. Waited in line 15 minutes. Only 2 people working there . They couldn't keep up with the line of people and the line at the register for call in orders. Felt bad for them. I left without a purchase. Management do better!!! Also have employees change gloves after handling money then making a sandwich. Gross!!!!

They can't seem to get my order right, everytime I order, I even specify in the notes, please no onions and peppers, and they even wrote on the bag no veggies and it still had veggies! Then I call to complain and they say I can either refund the order or remake it, the person on the phone starts getting ignorant cuz the persons sandwich they messed up was very upset because they messed the sandwich once again (4th time in a row) the person on the phone says if that guy in the background doesn't stop yelling I'm not gonna remake the order

Gotten subs from here and they are usually superior but today was not the case I got a spicy chicken Italian and it was nastiest chicken I’ve ever tasted. Would most definitely not recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful as always. My issue is the quality, never used to be a problem. I ordered the philly, used to be good, i got the regular and had five bites that had unchewable gristle that made the food unpleasant. I guess luckily (?) I used shore points so technically didn't pay for it?
Tired of “sub”par sandwiches? Try Jersey Mike’s! The Philly cheese steak subs are delicious!! 🤤

Extremely understaffed. The owner/manager of this location really needs to get more people working here. Every time I come in the line is backed up at least 10 people and pickups are backed up and never on time. Food is great but now worth the wait.

This specific restaurant has stellar customer service. The manager of this establishment, a Ms. Victoria, went the extra mile to provide this consumer a satisfying experience. A welcoming attitude, good atmosphere, and very polite.
Another Jersey Mike establishment in Bloomington, IL had failed to deliver a sandwich, even after receiving payment. But the manager at this location offered and proceeded to kindly replace the sandwich after hearing of this unfortunate incident, making up for the other locations' failure to deliver.
This Peru location had no obligation to make up for another establishments' shortcoming, but these wonderful employees did. And that is going above and beyond. High praise and 10/10 stars.
Knowing customer satisfaction is prioritized at this Peru, Illinois establishment, I endeavor to make it a place I frequent for a tasty and reliable sub.

I can't actually believe I'm saying this, but that was some of the best food I've gotten from the entire city of Peru and Lasalle. I haven't tried every reasturant, but I've been to a lot of them. I don't know if that's good or bad. Good for Jersey Mike's, but possibly says something about the general food standards in Lasalle/Peru.
