Dont know what happened tonight. Ordered an old drink thats not on the menu but ive always got it, even thru last month. Ordered another drink and waited over 30 min. Sent mushrooms back because they were burnt, literally stuck to the dish. Heard kitchen staff holler "for real" lol. Ended up walking out after 40 minutes still no drinks. Biscuits finally came out after 25min. Manager and kitchen staff need some retraining. She didnt even come talk to us. Normally great. idk what...read full review
Yummy food and great service.
Went for my son’s birthday at his request. (An hour away at the Perul location) Worth the drive as the staff is super attentive and the food was very good. Location was clean and seemed to have plenty of staff. I hope more locals go here often because I’d hate for it to close like the Peoria location. Will definitely make the trip again due to the great staff at this location

Red Lobster provides excellent service and delicious food. The staff, including Charlene and Tammy, are friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Customers have noted that Charlene is a gracious host and superb manager, while Tammy is exceptional at making guests feel welcomed and is very good at checking up on them. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with handicap parking available. While some improvements are needed for large groups and pricing, the location has made upgrades to enhance the overall experience. Guests have enjoyed the brand new menu, which features modern groupings and some new items. Although there was a concern about having only one side of the dining room open during busy times, the attentive service from staff like Andrea and Savannah has made visits enjoyable. With great service and wonderful food, including steak, Red Lobster remains a favorite among many and a great choice for special occasions like birthdays.
