They can't seem to get my order right, everytime I order, I even specify in the notes, please no onions and peppers, and they even wrote on the bag no veggies and it still had veggies! Then I call to complain and they say I can either refund the order or remake it, the person on the phone starts getting ignorant cuz the persons sandwich they messed up was very upset because they messed the sandwich once again (4th time in a row) the person on the phone says if that guy in...

Gotten subs from here and they are usually superior but today was not the case I got a spicy chicken Italian and it was nastiest chicken I’ve ever tasted. Would most definitely not recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful as always. My issue is the quality, never used to be a problem. I ordered the philly, used to be good, i got the regular and had five bites that had unchewable gristle that made the food unpleasant. I guess luckily (?) I used shore points so technically didn't pay for it?
