The staff was friendly and helpful as always. My issue is the quality, never used to be a problem. I ordered the philly, used to be good, i got the regular and had five bites that had unchewable gristle that made the food unpleasant. I guess luckily (?) I used shore points so technically didn't pay for it?

This specific restaurant has stellar customer service. The manager of this establishment, a Ms. Victoria, went the extra mile to provide this consumer a satisfying experience. A welcoming attitude, good atmosphere, and very polite. Another Jersey Mike establishment in Bloomington, IL had failed to deliver a sandwich, even after receiving payment. But the manager at this location offered and proceeded to kindly replace the sandwich after hearing of this unfortunate incident, making...

I can't actually believe I'm saying this, but that was some of the best food I've gotten from the entire city of Peru and Lasalle. I haven't tried every reasturant, but I've been to a lot of them. I don't know if that's good or bad. Good for Jersey Mike's, but possibly says something about the general food standards in Lasalle/Peru.
