Very very tiny, run down and dirty building..no space or option to dine in, and they don't take credit cards. Also the food takes a long time..but the pizza is amazing and they have cheap pizza days. So that's a plus I guess

Love it. Traditional NY style . I love the old school phone and pizza ordering delivery. Not giving all the money to DoorDash with price markups just call the store. So much better. Pizza was crispy, great sauce , quality cheese , not greasy .

I had Palermo Pizza for the first time last night. It was the best Hawaiian pizza I've ever had!! We also had the garlic chicken and that was out of this world!!

I ordered two large pizzas tonight. They took two hours to arrive. When I opened them there is no way either one of them are a large which is what I ordered and it literally looks like they tossed some toppings on half of both the pizzas and some (very little) cheese on the other side and called it a day. When I called they said the toppings are probably under the cheese. But the guy was somewhat accommodating and said he'd remake them after telling me he doesn't know what I expect him to do. I've always been pleased with their service and pizza but not tonight. When I called back and told them just forget remaking them since it's late I already waited two hours for these and I have to be up early I was hung up on by their employee. I should have followed my first instinct and just ordered from Casey's.
