Barbecue restaurants are slim pickings in the Oglesby & Peru area and most seem to be open Thursday-Sunday.Anyway I had the sliced brisket, slaw and cornbread.The cornbread was delicious and had a sweetened flavor. Slaw was good but was missing something…. Yummy! Had our food managers class here today and the food was delicious. The house made bbq is also yummy. The mac and cheese was sooooo cheesy, the baked beans had bacon and were delicious. Everything has a bit of spice ecen the colesalw, so mouth watering!!!! Yummy yummy yummy! I wish I lived closer. I'd be here every week at least! Thank you for the amazing food and nice smiles!!! 10/10

It smells so good in this place, and the beef brisket sandwich is so good! The Mac and cheese and baked beans make for good sides but the cheesy potatoes seem to be a fan fave for most everyone I was with!
