I ordered a small personal pan pizza on Christmas eve and had the unfortunate time of finding a spring in my pizza. I call, bring it back and give it back to them to throw out and they proceed to say "well it's might be a pen spring" and sit down. Not checking their ovens or anything else. And the area management who reached out to me originally has sense refused to answer.
