Its in hyvee so I understand being busy and distracted. But the staff could at least be nice and make orders correctly.. the past few times I've gone it's been young girls laughing/playing around with each other and after waiting what feels like forever for the drink they just get it wrong and get upset when you ask them to remake it.
Very good customer service ?
Everyone is so friendly and fast. They remember your order and always ask how your day was. It is definitely my favorite location!
