Customers have noted that Charlene is a gracious host and superb manager, while Tammy is exceptional at making guests feel welcomed and is very good at checking up on them. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with handicap parking available. While some improvements are needed for large groups and pricing, the location has made upgrades to enhance the overall experience. Although there was a concern about having only one side of the dining room open during busy times, the attentive service from staff like Andrea and Savannah has made visits enjoyable.
