Hands down one of the most delicious meals my husband and I have had. I had the Chicken Marsala, which our server recommended, and my husband had the meatloaf. Both dishes were incredible! Then we shared the Irish cream cheesecake for dessert, and it was to die for. Service and atmosphere were great, too. The next time we visit Peoria, we'll be back for another meal!

Wow, is all I have to say! This was some of the most stunning food I have had in a very long time. Four of us had something different and I got to taste everybody's dish. Each dish was phenomenal! The quality of this food was something I haven't had frequently. And the cocktails were delicious! I cannot wait to go back! Do yourself a favor and make sure to go experience Thyme!

Me and my wife stopped here just by chance while looking for a restaurant for a mid afternoon late lunch. Everything we ordered was perfectly prepared, and super fresh. This place is an original , not the same frozen food that most other restaurants receive from the same supplier. The menu was varied , with enough choices that the majority of people should be able to find a great option. We are not well versed in the food scene and both found we had to google several of the menu items/listed ingredients to figure out what they were. The drink menu was well put together, with some original and standard mixed drinks and several local beers , spirts and wines. The Bartender/waiter did a great job explaining food and drink options and he also mixed a great drink! We were the only customers at the time so I can’t speak to how service is when busy but everyone we interacted with treated us great!

Visited for the first time this week! Absolutely loved the dishes we had! You could taste the freshness of all the veggies and the combinations were unique and delicious! Will visit again when in the area!
Another 5 star dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. Thyme has never let us down! We love the atmosphere, the wait staff is great, and the food is fresh, real and amazing. The four of us had the smoked salmon as an appetizer (2 orders for 4 diners). Our entrees were foie gras sausage, elk steak, shrimp & grits and tacos. All were delicious! As Guy Fieri would say…this food is RIGHTEOUS!

Stopped in on a Thursday after touring the Hegeler Carus Mansion, was not disappointed. Started with an excellent craft cocktail. Food was exceptional, had the miso glazed salmon, fois gras sausage and deep fried baby potatoes with a delicious cream sauce (maybe cilantro crema?) finished with the peanut bourbon pie. Cool industrial vibe, high tables. Highly recommend!
