We really enjoyed lunch at Jalisco this week. The pre-meal chips were fresh, as was the cooking oil they were cooked in. The Fajitas and quesadillas were outstanding. The serving sizes were above expectations. This is a really good choice for Mexican food!

One of my favorite restaurants. I have had everything on the menu and keep coming back at least once a week. Friendly service and great food. They have the best chicken on the beach in southern Illinois.

The food was good as was the service. Prices were reasonable. I enjoyed the warm chips and salsa. My chimichanga was good. I wasn’t a fan of the rice & beans - felt like they were lacking flavor. The booth we were sitting in was a bit cramped for leg space and the seats were ripped and torn which is why I couldn’t give 5 stars. Given the limited options in the area - I would eat here again if I find myself in Pinckneyville again.
