new employees with zero customer service skills are running this place into the ground. constantly out of products now! been coming here for years and it’s been the best dunkin ever until a couple months ago and its consistently getting worse and worse! i will drive 15 minutes out of the way to avoid going to this specific dunkin from now on!
absolute trash! worst customer service and products I've had from a dunkin. bagel was hard as a rock not even sure how they cut it and the coffee tasted like it was 3 days old.. the women working are rude, slow and more interested in talking to each other than doing the job.
