This used to be a good location, but it has gone downhill. The baristas are always working alone, and one girl is especially rude she’s unprofessional, always has her hair down, and I’ve never once seen her smile. The last straw was finding a hair in my coffee. Really disappointing

I stopped in the drive-thru on August 4th around 11am for a cup of coffee with my Mom. I didn’t catch any of their names, but the Staff was VERY friendly. There was a bit of a language / accent barrier, but I could still understand them.
However, not only was my Order correct and delicious, they went above and beyond, and gave my Mom a full sample(short cup size) of their daily brewed coffee without charging me.
Thank you so much for brightening our day, we will definitely be coming back to this location 👏

Everyone here used to be great. Now the gal with black hair has changed that. Can’t even get a smile or grunt out of her. The one time she just sat there back on her phone and watched me stand at the register with no one else around. I don’t think she’s ever once said “hi”. Time for Starbucks.

this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! the managers are accepting students to work and don’t even train them, leaving poor children by themselves and letting customers yell at them!!! do NOT work there!
