this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! the managers are accepting students to work and don’t even train them, leaving poor children by themselves and letting customers yell at them!!! do NOT work there!

This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten an iced latte at this location and it’s pure milk and flavor, no coffee, every time. I will definitely not be going back. 3 chances was enough.

Have ordered multiple sweet black pepper bacon sandwich’s from multiple locations. This location is by far the worst. Half the bacon no sweet black pepper flavor on the bacon. They consistently get this wrong compared to other Dunkin’s around Plainfield. I don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore since they can’t get it right. I recommend the location on rt. 30 over this one.
