Very testy and delicious.
I recently had the catfish sandwich & it was delicious ? Served hot, fresh, and very flavorful.
The History on Wheels hosted its annual Juneteeth celebration at the Joliet Area Historical Museum on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. We used Mama Sarah's Kitchen for catering and the food did not disappoint! Chef Arron Sain has magical hands!! We had fried chicken, fried catfish, baked salmon, collard greens, baked macaroni & cheese and cornbread. For dessert we has cheesecake, pound cake and banana pudding. Mama Sarah's Kitchen is a must-try! Chef Arron Sain works magic with their fried chicken, catfish, salmon, collard greens, macaroni & cheese, and cornbread. The desserts like cheesecake, pound cake, and banana pudding are also incredible. The quality and quantity of food are worth every cent. The chicken sandwich and fries are a must-try. The catfish poor boy, chicken wings, greens, mac and cheese, pound cake, and banana pudding are all outstanding. Don't miss out on this delicious experience!
