this is my second time making a review.. the first time a female was so rude she threw the change at my face😭 and secondly i got one damn burrito and it took them 2 damn hours on DoorDash to finish it up, im so sick of this place 😭😭 yall need better management service and everything in between
This Taco Bell is terrible. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here.
The first time, I placed an online order and drove there to pick it up. When I arrived, the employee told me it would take another 30 minutes because their equipment wasn’t ready. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I PLACED MY ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU and also had a mobile pickup order. They made me circle around, and when I came back, Melissa refused to give me EITHER order through the drive-thru and told me I had to come inside.
It was HEAVILY POURING RAIN and I HAD A CHILD WITH ME. I explained that I had my kid in the car, but there was zero consideration. There wasn’t even another car in the drive-thru!
