Jamba & Auntie Anne's @ The Boulevard (Across from Costco)

First time here and waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for pretzel bites with only 2 cars ahead of me. I even watched one lady leave. When I got to the window he asked what I ordered. Shouldn’t they already know that? Will not be going back.

Arrived at 7:55 and was told their closed when their website states 8 pm. And the guy was rude about it as well. Will not return.

The pretzels were horrible. Undercooked and tasted like frozen product from a store. Generic cheese product in a cup. What happened to the hot cheese? Definitely not worth the price. Will not be going back.

Everytime I have gone (3) no inventory, lack of options, and over 30 minute wait for pretzels that are cold. Also always missing something third time was not the charm.

My kid is obsessed now that we can get pretzels without also going to the mall

Just stopped by for some lemonade and cinnamon pretzel nuggets. Meghana C. was super friendly. The lemonade was delicious (as usual) and the pretzel nuggets were also great! After reading the sign on their window and some of these reviews, I can’t believe that they even have to explain wait times and kindness/patience to grown adults. We spent way less than 10 minutes in the drive thru from start to finish, received friendly service and great tasting food. How can you find something to complain about? I will continue to support this location even if there is a wait because I would love for them to stick around for a long time.

We ordered Auntie Anne’s after Costco today and CJ was genuinely the nicest & most friendly person we’ve ever encountered at a drive through. My 10 year old son actually commented on how happy he was and how he made his day! It was so refreshing!!

Today I observed a young man making pretzels with his long dreadlocks over the dough. If you like hair in your pretzels and like to wait several minutes from order to completion, this is the place. Not recommended. I spent $50 plus on four #1 orders.

The owners response that the employees wear hair net is totally false. That was not the case on my visit. Is this Auntie Ann’s new way of doing things?

Had the best interaction with the gentleman serving me tonight! So kind! Also, I am not exaggerating when I say this, I had the best Auntie Anne’s pretzel I’ve had in probably two decades! It tastes like I remember it tasting as a kid; fresh! I will be back!

12/13/24 10:30 am went to get an order and they are supposed to be open and it’s dark inside no one here. Disappointing hope they’re not closing already

amazing service. FRESH TO ORDER!! They don’t allow their pretzels to just sit and get hard! They take time to prepare so don’t be impatient if you go expecting to get a pretzel in two minutes go somewhere else!!! 10/10 always
