I had to come on here and leave a review!
I am in awe of the redeeming satisfactory I received from the manager of this location today after I had a mishap with my order and unfortunately didn’t notice until I had gotten home. I had given them a call and spoke with the manager directly regarding this concern and issue with my order. She went above and beyond!! Not only offering to add a credit for this but to deliver to me no questions. I originally order through the drive through, She also added an item we had ordered and didn't receive in our total at the restaurant. She kindly made her way out to where I live with no questions! You would never know what this kind gesture did to my heart on this day. 🩷 Thank you 🥹

Had a great experience at this Jimmy John's. The service was fantastic—the lady at the counter was awesome. I'd definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Awful JJ's location with pitiful service and incompetent staff. Came in to grab two quick, easy order sandwiches, one being a slim. Confused employee messed up the register and had me redo my order but couldn't comprehend a slim turkey sandwich with cheese and mayo. Finally I was told that they won't add mayo to a slim sandwich- but they give it on packets to add yourself. Because the quick 10 seconds of adding mayo is such an inconvenience, even though the packets cost them more.

After more confusion at the register, I finally got my order and when I went to add Mayo; the sandwich has barely any turkey and no cheese- I had to give it back for them to add cheese.

As I was adding my mayo to my skimpy sandwich another employee came out from behind the counter with a different bag and said she had more order. She tried to take the sandwiches I just open and I told her the slim sandwich was fine after I added mayo, but she picked up my other sandwich in her gloveless hands. I told her to give me the unopened one since her hands touched my other sandwich. And once I got home, that one was totally wrong as well.

Unbelievably frustrating for such a simple order. I can't imagine how many other orders they've messed up. The slim sandwich was pitiful for $7.00 and didn't seem to have a full portion of meat. Probably the worst Jimmy John's I've been to for the 34 years I've been

Their toasted roast beef and cheddar is the best sandwich in Plainfield and probably Illinois. Slaps EVERY TIME.

I dont like that they use UberEats to deliver the sandwich despite me ordering from their website. It consistently takes an hour or more for delivery.

The staff is super friendly and nice, and they also only mess up my order half the time!

This JJ location is fantastic. Super convenient for me with indoor percussion rehearsals at nearby PCHS. Our lunch break was at noon, we scheduled a mobile order in the morning before rehearsal, at lunch break I walked here, got my sandwich and drink ready very quick (freaky fast is a fact at this location), and was able to walk back to PCHS in just 10 minutes, for a round trip. We ordered the Pepe without tomatoes, and I found no tomatoes on it, and the sandwich was fantastic. Definitely returning throughout our indoor percussion season on nice weather days! Keep up the good work, JJ workers 🙂

I live down the street, and every time I order from this place, they do not get the tomatoes, right, or the no cheese, right, or just really anything right. Lots of problems every time and usually I would never say anything about a fast food place. But if you’re going to go here, Just a little further and find a different one

This is supposed to be a wrap with double roast beef?!? Terrible!

I called the store to place a delivery for a catering order the employee was nice and greeted me made sure that my order was perfect by reading it back very great customer service, I believe his name was James, but anyways keep it up!!

We placed our order and went to pay, but their credit card reader was acting up. Although, they were already making our sandwiches, the kid behind the counter said "We'll, that's weird, sorry guys have a nice day" then proceeded to tell the people already making our sandwiches to stop. That's horrible customer service!
To think they would rather waste food, than give it to the customer. It wasn't our fault their card readers weren't working!

Decent food, awful attitude from staff. If you can't greet your customers with a smile and say thank you perhaps you shouldn't work with the public.
