Horrible horrible service! NEVER GOING BACK!
I attempted to place an online order and received a message that the store was temporarily not accepting online orders. I drove twenty minutes to the store only to find a sign on the door that said you can only order online. I went in anyway to ask which message was incorrect only to be told the store wasn’t accepting any orders and was closing for the day. It was 6 pm on a Friday, what the heck!? A complete waste of my time and gas. 🙁
Today I went to pick up an order that was placed yesterday, for today. The door was locked and the lights were off. I panicked for a moment because I had 20 people waiting for their lunch. Thank goodness CiCi’s Pizza was down the street and were more than happy to accommodate me. They got me pizzas very quickly and I was only 5 minutes later than I was supposed to be. We will never use Little Caesars again.
