Horrible customer service and manager Bianca. Take care of your customers. Get the orders right and assume responsibility. Apologize!!!! When you order a cheeseburger… don’t you think there should be a burger between the buns? Do you have to not only look on the bag to see if the items are there nit literally open it all up to make sure they included the burgers between the buns? And they think that’s okay,,, the manager said… Well I didn’t put the order together”….....read full review
waited 25 minutes for an order and watched more than 20 cars drive through. called the store and the "manager" said that they were busy and ehn asked about length of time, she hung up on me. Completely unacceptable and the orders always have to be checked due to inaccuracy.
