I would give 0. An order placed more than hour before the arrival and no justification nor apologies for an additional 30 minutes wait..still waiting. Lack of customer service and quality as a whole.Little Cesar lost my business for good
Would give a 0 if I could. Order a pizza portal pick up at 11:50am for a 5:45 pick up. It is now 6pm and they have not even put it in the oven. The two guys working could not look up orders easily and all they could offer is for me to wait 20 more minutes because the are short staffed. No way to talk to anyone if you call. Of this is what AI customer service looks like my job is safe.
