This specific McDonald’s has a playplace and I called up to ask if they still hosted birthday parties. They explained they hadn’t since Covid but they were completely open to hosting one. I would just love to say, the manager Mia was incredible! She went above and beyond, her customer service was impeccable, her entire crew was so helpful, the set-up she made was wonderful, she was easy to talk to and just made things easy for me. I tried to go to the drive through around 2:40pm. I waited in the right lane while a car in the left lane ordered. They then took ANOTHER order from the left lane. Then - nothing happened. After a minute of sitting there I backed out of the drive through lane and went in to the restaurant. After standing there for a minute I realized no one was interested in taking my order. Unbelievably bad service at this location. And looking at the other reviews I see I'm not alone.
