The team at Milette’s is was MORE than accommodating towards my request for a last-minute engagement cake. They pulled this off in less Than 48 hours.. Extremely responsive and made it in time for delivery. I live in a completely different state and couldn’t believe how easy it was all thanks to them! Stopped in on Friday the Asian gentlemen was not friendly at all, kind of rushed us out. We got 2 cheesecake Oreo and plain and oh boy they were horrible. They tasted old and stale whip cream was rock hard and it was very disappointing and disgusting. Can we also talk about the smell in the shop. Definitely do not recommend.

I Went in on Friday to pick up the cake that was ordered on Monday. The cake was not ready when I arrived to pick it up at 1pm. They had to add the bird and the digits 1 and 5. When the cake was brought out, it was very disappointing. I had asked for flowers and and a photo of my daughters bird. I left the rest up to their creativity as it is their expertise I relied on. They simply set the bird and the digits on the cake while I waited. The cake has a very plain top and it seems as though it was more important to get the cake out the door then it was to take the time to decorate it appropriately for a birthday. We were preparing for my daughters birthday on Saturday morning, otherwise I would have not accepted the cake and asked for it to be decorated more. Extremely disappointing but no other options.
