The first image was the cake I requested. The second image is what I got. The books didn't really look like books. The letters look like they were placed by a little kid, not aligned correctly, and the font sizes were all off. The cake did taste good.

My son ordered a cake for his girlfriend birthday and was very disappointed with how it turned out. The decoration was not at all what he had requested, despite clearly providing the details when he placed the order. When I called the bakery to let them know about the issue, I was told the manager wasn't available and that my son needed to send her an email instead. I expected a better resolution, especially given the high price he paid for the cake.
The cake itself was expensive, and the lack of attention to detail combined with the poor customer service made the experience frustrating and disappointing. For the price, I expected both the product and service to reflect a much higher standard. Unfortunately, we won’t be ordering from this bakery again.
They listened to what I requested and worked with me on design. They delivered the cake exactly as stated, on time and in perfect condition. The cake was beautiful and delicious!
