I got the monster cookie shake and not only was it below average for the price of $8 but my 💩 has been blue for 48 hours. I’ve gotten Cookie Monster ice cream from many places before and never had this problem. I’m tired of the Smurf dookies.

Love coming here. Great service. Store was super busy but the employee (who seemed to be alone) didn’t seem to be phased. Yummy as usual!
The place was super cute and I was really excited to try it but was disappointed in the quality. Our shakes were very thin and had ice chunks in them. Additionally I was excited to try some of the new and different flavors from the website and none of the ones I found interesting were there when we went. It was still a milkshake so it was good, just not as good as I hoped so I was a bit disappointed.
Love it here! It’s super cozy and welcoming. Quick service and the employees are very kind! Great atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend!
Great little spot, everything we've tried here has been amazing/delicious and they're always very friendly and welcoming.
I'll try it again. I ordered an espresso shake, but the amount of chocolate inside took away from the taste of the espresso. With this knowledge I will know in the future visits to request the milkshake without any chocolate inside the glass.
An amazing experience with amazing treats! We are so happy that they offer dairy free options, it makes it possible for us to bring our daughter who has a dairy allergy for some ice cream! We love visiting milkshake and cookies!

Milkshake and Cookies is deserving of 10 stars. Great comfy atmosphere, great employees, and excellent ice cream, shakes, and cookies. Generous portions as well. Must visit for the entire experience.
We love this gem in Plainfield. The ice cream flavor choices are diverse, the drip coffee is delicious, and they have many other options like pies, cakes, candy, and cookies. Plus if you dine in they serve on real dishes. Always a great experience.
