Paula and her staff are friendly and kind, not to mention warm and welcoming! I love coming to her shop for the Silent Book Club nights and the variety of sweet treat options. The best seats in the house are in front of the little fireplace 😍🙏🏼

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The shake, ice cream and cookies were all delicious but the best part was the service. So kind and friendly! Nice cozy place with great atmosphere. They even gave us a complementary tea :)

It was a nice place to hang out and eat sweets. If you are ever craving a sweet come to this place. Good food, good service, and nice place! 10/10 recommend for you definitely coming back a lot!

I posted this on Facebook, but felt inclined to post here also. It was that good! I “accidentally” stumbled upon Milkshake and Cookies… and I am so glad that I did. I read on their website that any ice cream can be turned into a shake, and that one of the featured flavors is Deep Dish Apple Pie. So, as a reward for my complex workday (?), I treated myself to that featured flavored shake. I also was given a sample of the banana pudding ice cream (and omg… it tastes sooooo good). Also, the customer service was amazing. The employee I interacted with is named “Nar.” He’s a passionate culinary student and empathetic family guy (we had a very engaging conversation about his future educational plans). He has planned out his future and his plan seems solid. With his winning attitude and servant attitude, I’m certain he will go far. I will definitely reward myself for a days hard work more often ?.

Me and my father came here with moderate expectations. I have to say, the service and the atmosphere were top notch. Basically a good mix of old school ice cream parlors and modern. The shake I had was done just right, the chocolate chip cookie was melted and perfect.
Solid 5 Stars, they’re doing awesome!

First time here and pleasantly surprised! They had an amazing vegan ice cream- chocolate chunk. We all ended up getting vegan chocolate chunk milk shakes and they were delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

I have met clients, friends and neighbors at Milkshake and Cookies.
I tend to refer to it as “Ms. Paula’s Place”… it is such a warm and friendly place to come and enjoy sweet treats, cookies, ice cream, tea drinks and more. I’ve had several meet ups here and parties for my children. We just love Milkshake and ?

I went here for the first time today. I got a chocolate shake - it was delicious. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice. There are tables if you want to enjoy your treat there. I’m happy this place is so close - I will be back!

We live in South Naperville and never knew this was here. The place is a little hidden gem and now that we found it we will go back again and again. The ice cream flavors are delicious, and the cookies are out of this world (they warm them for you!). They have drinks, macaroons, and milkshakes we haven't tried yet. The place was very clean and the young man and woman that helped us out last night were really friendly. Highly recommend!

Their strawberry cheesecake ice cream as a milkshake is sooooo good and rich, service was amazing, as a first time customer I felt very welcomed! The atmosphere was nice and quiet and definitely a good place to go with friends and family!

We just came across Milkshake and Cookies in Plainfield IL while we were leaving a restaurant in the same shopping center. We walked in to a beautiful establishment that has, cookies, coffee, hot chocolate, candy, and a variety of ice cream. They have really nice background music playing which adds to the very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The two girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. I ordered a peanut butter cookie, which they asked if I wanted warmed up, it was huge and delicious. Not to resist the ice cream, I ordered a scoop of the chocolate moose tracks, again delicious. My husband had the chocolate chip cookie and mint chip and he said it was great. Give this place a try. Between the selections, friendly staff, great atmosphere and the eating tables outside that have warm lights on them, it is definitely a place to go spend some time and enjoy good treats. We will definitely be back.

I had a chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake. It was pretty good/smooth. The register being right by the entrance can be a little tight if there are a lot of people coming in, but overall something for ice cream lovers to try.
