Had an amazing experience thanks to the staff! Bri Gounelis, the bartender, absolutely crushed it—great drinks, fast service, and such a friendly vibe. Louis, the bouncer, was professional, welcoming, and made everyone feel safe while keeping things running smoothly. Mia, our server, was attentive, kind, and on top of everything all night.
The only downside was that the beers were a bit overpriced, but the outstanding service from this team honestly made up for it. They really make the place stand out and keep me coming back.

The young blond named Lola cleaning tables last night was extremely rude to us. I’ve heard that this behavior is tolerated because she is related to the owner. The manager had to I stop her from yelling at the people in my party. It concerns me that she is working around people that are drinking and honestly she really shouldn’t be working around customers at all. She is a liability. Someone please teach this entitled young woman some respect.

Every time my family and I come here we always ask for Ally to be our server she is so sweet and very personable! I have never had bad service or bad food, this is our favorite spot to go for some good gumbo and service!

Stopped in for a drink before our work party in their cool basement room. Server before we headed down was a bit slow, and was spilling drink on me and didn't say sorry until I said something that it was spilling on me. We had to ask for napkins also. Other wise, the bartender downstairs was amazing, the owner was very accommodating to any needs we had during the party. I would recommend !

The best Cajun food outside of New Orleans . Didn't skip the gumbo, it is amazing. Tuesday's are $10 po' boys and at that price get one to go. If you are adventurous, try the alligator. You can order everything too your preferred heat level

My husband and I decided to have dinner at this place last night, we have been coming here for years and have always had a great time. I’m not sure what’s happened since the last time we dinned here but the food was awful! My husband ordered the catfish po boy with red beans and rice and I had the blacken Jamaican chicken.
His fish was spoiled it had a terrible taste and smell to it. His red beans and rice came out cold. They did try to rectify the beans and rice but by the time the new batch came out his appetite was done.
My Jamaican jerk chicken was so bland it had zero flavor. Also the food was not hot it was lukewarm I couldn’t eat it after tasting my husband’s fish.
The manager took the meals back and removed them from our bill, she was very nice as well as the bartenders.
Fast forward to this morning, I truly feel that the few bites I took yesterday got me sick. I’ve been a vomiting mess all day.
We will never be coming back to eat, maybe we will be back just to get a beer but that’s about it.
The last time I will go to Moe Joes. Unremarkable food and terrible service!

I will NEVER come back or suggest this place to anyone I know!!! Do NOT come here!! My waitress Lola was horrible she was absolutely rude, did not check up on me, and should not be serving people! I saw a similar review saying her behavior is tolerated due to a relation. I don't care if this girl is related to someone she needs to be put in her place. The plates and silverware were also dirty like they just rinsed it off with water and called it a day! The food was also extremely bland nothing special to it and the produce also did not taste fresh at all! Unless you want to waste your money, get horrible service, dirty dishes, and food that could probably be served in a jail, do not come here!!!!!!

It's a great place, but I spent a lot of money. The speakeasy seemed fun, but the host didn’t welcome laughing or talking during the comedy show. He also didn’t want singers. I was disappointed to spend money and was told we had to be quiet. I've been to comedy shows where the audience participation is encouraged. Here it is not welcomed....sssh come silent. Comedians were good!! Wish I could see more. Vote for a less serious host. This place would rock!!!
