5 stars. The place was clean, the food was hot and served quickly (I ordered soup and a sandwich), and the customer service was excellent. Sam and Susan (she's the manager) were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I came in yesterday around 3pm and had the most horrid experience you can imagine going into a Panera. I typically have a great experience with the workers and staff at other local food chains, however this one individual employee RUINED Panera for me forever. A larger wide male employee was *EXCEPTIONALLY* rude when I received my order. I have never before had an encounter like this but I left upset and without an appetite. He forgets my side bread and when I corrected him about it he rudely handed it to me then I heard him silently cuss me out when walking away and I was in utter shock and disbelief. That is so inappropriate from a proper employee of a Panera establishment. I will not be coming back any time soon and hope disciplinary action is ensued as this was no matter of professionalism.

So embarrassed, told my friend to order the French Dip, what a waste of money. Portillos would have served that "sandwich" as a gravy bread
