Customer service was great! I went into the store and placed a mobile order at a different location and they made the coffee for me to replace the coffee so I didn’t have to drive to the other location. Made my day and it was greatly appreciated! Will return to this location.
Good experience overall. I purchased a Stainless steel tumbler with a straw to replace one that is worn and was lost (they don't include a coupon for free drink anymore). We ordered and they made our drinks they washed my new cup I had to hold the top and straw my daughter's was in a paper cup. They did not call us when our order was ready.
