Ordered Oatmilk Hot Matcha latte- sooo bitter, with no taste of oatmilk and no sweetest at all. Probably someone didn't learn properly how to o it right. I wasn't able to drink it.. Please, drink yourself before giving to other. So I garbaged $11 ...
The people are so friendly. The atmosphere was nice. I would have loved if was a little bigger. The seating was extremely comfortable too.
My only complaint was, the tables were not clean. They did not wipe down the tables when people left. I changed to a different table after someone left.
The counter and behind the counter was clean, I notice they cleaned up a lot.
This location is fantastic, by far my favorite location. I will literally drive out of my way to come to this location, the staff is always super friendly and kind. They always put nice messages on my drinks and are quick to service and answer any questions. I’ve never had the make a mistake at this Starbucks or had a bad experience. Thank you to all of the staff for being great!

Great location and staff is very personable and kind! I was here for two hours and the seeing customers and staff interactions they have a lot of regular customers and they talk. Great to see!

Stopped by today requesting 2 lge ice waters & a pup cup & was informed that I must purchase something on the menu to get the waters. The cheapest item was a grande coffee over $3.00. I asked if there was just a price for these items and the staff member told me there wasn't so I paid over $3 for a little bit of whipped cream and 2 large cups of ice water that was likely tap water. If you are ever destitute and just need a cup of water, don't stop at Starbucks. I thought the lawsuit regarding purchasing items and using the facilities would've been enough for Starbucks to do better, but clearly it wasn't! I've also learned from a highly reputable doctor/scientist (Mikovits-not my analysis, but hers) that Starbucks coffee has motor oil in it. I won't be back.

The customer service and quality has changed drastically over the last two months. Zero speed or customer engagement. I come to this location daily. May be time to look for a new coffee place.

The barista in the drive thru was rude and short with us. Seemed aggravated we had multiple drinks, but we had no problem waiting and understood it would take some time. The barista under the name PADRE is very unwelcoming!

Extremely horrible and slow customer service. Sat in a drive thru for 22 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Worst Starbucks location I have ever been too.

I placed an order on the app at 107PM today, I received my 1 drink and my 1 microwaved sandwich exactly 23 minutes later. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. The staff was working hard, so this isn't against them but maybe you need to overstaff because this isn't acceptable, I am certain that Starbucks can afford an extra employee or two. I used my entire lunch to wait for my coffee!

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times, and the last couple times haven’t been that great.
I was there on Wednesday, April 2nd, and ordered a simple Venti Caramel Frapp w/ extra Caramel. After waiting in the drive through for roughly 15min, I got my drink, and about half way home I realized it was a Caramel Ribbon Crunch instead, with whipped cream on the bottom of the drink, and barely any Frappuccino.
Very disappointed with this location, not sure if the barista was confused or something, the drive thru barista even made sure multiple times that the order was correct on the screen, and repeated my order at the window.
I used to work at Starbucks for seven years, I understand mistakes happen. But, this should be corrected, and I should receive the beverage I asked for. I was going to stop at the Starbucks on 126th and Rt 59 to have them fix it, but it’s not their problem.
I’d like the correct beverage, on the house next time I visit the store.
I’ve started using this location recently and found the staff to be very friendly. I haven’t met a staff member that wasn’t talkative and polite! Nice to see!

Being tired and unsure about what I wanted, sadly, I didn't hear her name, but she did a great job of recommending a sandwich and coffee, They were exactly what I wanted for the start of my day.
