Only complaint is that they are typically never open in time. Most often you will have to wait 5-10 minutes after their scheduled to be opened, for someone to take your order

The SLOWEST drive thru. 10 minutes waiting in line & it wasn’t even long. They need to get better at this. The point of drive thru is for quick ordering.

Absolutely incredible. I placed an order for myself and my team members and upon leaving I took a harsh turn and all my drinks spilled in my car. I was so upset I decided to go back to see if there would be a slight chance they would be willing to remake it but I was also willing to pay if needed. The employees were so friendly and apologetic, honestly made my whole day and my teams day. Thank you so much tor being understanding and helpful. Your friendly faces and attitudes were amazing!

Awesome place!! Has a conference table great for meetings. Friendly staff, quick service. Just around the corner from our house!! Love it!
Vegetarian options: There's always a vegetarian options to choose from!
Dietary restrictions: Great selections. The Sourdough Grilled cheese sandwich is great for gluten free diets! I don't bloat up from eating the sandwich. Egg white sous video bites are amazing as well!
Parking: Has plenty of parking, in a strip mall.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramps to get in.

The slowest service I have ever experienced…Have time to waste 10 to15 minutes sitting in silence at the intercom and another 10-15 minutes waiting to get to the window…Convenient location for me, but I will be traveling further to another Starbucks from now on.
Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a latte and was not asked if I wanted it hot or iced. After I nicely explained to them that I won’t be able to drink a steaming hot latte on a 90 degree day (literally walked there), they remake it for me. Now, as an ex Starbucks barista, I can tell the difference between their blonde roast and decaf espresso roasts at first sip. I had to go up to them a third time to order a blonde shot of espresso, and seconds later I hear one of the baristas over the headset say “haha that’s so funny, usually they don’t even notice”. The least the barista who was taking my order for the third time could have done was to ask if anything was wrong with my latte. I should have honestly received a full refund for my order.

Hands down the slowest Starbucks in the area. Even when there is no one else there. Mobile order has never been ready when I show up. Not once. If you use the app, give them at least 15 mins.

I ordered venti, they gave me grande I said wait I ordered a venti. I paid for a grande without knowing. The guy refunded my grande payment and recharged me for a venti. They “remade” my drinks and gave them to me. First they both are completely different tasting when it’s the exact same drink and one is so cream filled I can’t even drink it. Starbucks charging someone almost $14 for two drinks they should at least be drinkable!

I truly wish I could give higher than 5 stars for service, because the person who helped me today was one of the single nicest people I have ever met. I had a really rough morning and I generally wasn’t feeling great so I decided to go order a hot tea, something I haven’t ever done at a Starbucks. I had no clue what I wanted or how much honey I wanted in it and she was more than willing to help me out. She even told me if i didn’t like said drink, I could come through the drive thru again and she’d remake it. To whoever helped me out today, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but shoutout to whoever was running the drive thru at 2:19 on October 30th, you’re rad.

This location, ALWAYS takes care of me! Victor is one of my favorite baristas. The entire crew keeps me on point with my regular drink.
