I attempted to leave a survey, but the receipt was too faded. I want to commend a cashier named Smiley. From the moment I approached the sign, she demonstrated professionalism and kindness. Smiley’s customer service was outstanding, and my order was hot and accurate. When I needed a quick bite on my way home, I noticed the drive-thru was manageable and decided to stop in. I don’t regret that decision—Smiley made my experience truly pleasant.

This place is 10/10. I come here a lot and these people are always busy. It’s a fast food restaurant that doesn’t use machines to make food, just their hands so I completely respect time!! I do see a lot of customers being rude to them because of the wait time but wait until people realize that they are not more important then anyone else ordering and can wait their turn.. I’ve talked to staff and they’ve made me feel very comfortable.. asked me if I needed anything and always offer a helping hand. One girl even complimented my hair. Prices are high but I understand that’s nobody’s fault but the company’s and the one choosing to spend the money is me.

This place is a joke. I’d love to tell you how the food was but placing an order at the drive thru was impossible. After a few attempts to get our order right they told us they have no drinks only water. After wanting to charge for a full “value” meal.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Slow. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru….
The store got better for a while, but tonight once again ruined it. Waited in the drive-through for five minutes, then was told to park in a weird spot where the crew definitely forgot about me and my order, waited 15 more minutes so I ended up having to go inside anyways. The whole staff was just messing around having a grand old time. I’m all for having fun at work, but I could see maybe one of the three people there actually doing anything. I’m really disappointed and excited for the Taco Bell closer to Naperville to reopen.
