Got taco bell last night the drive thru girl was talking super quiet and acting like she couldn't understand me. She asked if I wanted any sauce and said a bunch of fire sauce. When I get to the window she tried handing me the wrong order. I Waited for my correct order and when I get it, there was no sauce in the bag and asked her kindly for sauce. When I get home I got the cheesy chulupa street tacos they were missing the cheese on the outside of the taco and they only had the tiniest two pieces of steak in them. No onions only 2 tiny pieces of steak. I was furious. I will be going back today when they open to get a refund.

I have had to wait 45 minutes to an hr!!!! For mobile orders, multiple times!!!! This location is TERRIBLE!!!! I've been to busier locations that ARE able and equipped to handle a line of customers without the need to take 5+ minutes for EACH customer!!! Then on top of it the orders are almost ALWAYS partly wrong!! Any upcharges/extras don't get added despite being charged. The workers act like they can do Nothing about it. Avoid this one. Any other location will be better i promise

Horrible experience tonight. 37 min wait standing at the counter waiting for 2 box combos and 2 soft tacos. I asked about my order twice and they couldn’t tell me where my order was or how long it would take. They claim everyone in the kitchen is brand new and in training. One guy waited 15 min for 5 large drinks (no food). This is unacceptable for a fast food establishment. I finally walked out with my order and there were at least 7 cars in the drive thru. I asked for them to just cancel my order and give me a refund but they said they couldn’t because it was a mobile order and that i could just call customer service or submit a reqiest online. Please do better if you want to keep this business open.

Bro how does it take 45+ minutes for a pickup order that was placed 15 minutes in advanced. Whoever was in the drive thru was telling people who literally just had an online order to pick up to just sit at the speaker and wait instead of pulling up so there’s no traffic jam. Just so dumb and inefficient.
Placed an order through the app; directed to park in the mobile spots section…which were already filled. Being a newer location, I “assumed” the service and quality would have been decent; especially the location in Plainfield. Waited 35 mins for our food…less than stellar freshness. I knew I should I have the reviews for the location first. Super unfortunate.

Some lady with a red wig gave me the nastiesttttt death stare of my life while I was simply trying to order a nacho fry. She truly seemed like one of the most unpleasant individuals I’ve interacted with. So much attitude in that voice of hers…. Side note, younger girl with brown hair was a delight. She’s a real one.
