This is the second time that this happened we live at 7 minutes from the place and the first time we order clovers de luxe and we we get home one of the orders didnt have the meat just cheese lettuce and tomato we didn’t say nothing. But this time they do the same when we get home just the bun lettuce tomatoes and cheese no meat we returned to the place and talked to the manager about it. So if you buy here make sure you hamburgers got all inside before you leave. Or choose another place to eat. Once I understand but twice someone is not doing his job.

The young man with dark hair from Louisiana was one of the most kind people to us! He was so polite, smiled and offered a scoop of custard since we had to wait a little longer. We did not complain about the wait. He apologized and offered the custard. When we got our order he apologized again and sent us on our way with a smile and a have a great evening! Whatever kind of training this young man had should definitely be followed with every fast food chain! Or every restaurant in general! I hope he is waiting on us the next time we go!

Culver's never fails. BUT this location had more food items on their menu or maybe I never noticed them by me, but I swear we don't have a pork loin sandwich by us. Anywho , I wanted onion rings but got cheese curds instead, it's ok, they are yummy too. My shrimp was perfect as always. Very friendly staff.
Jaden went above and beyond to help when there was a slight delay with my order, thank you again!

This location was deeply disappointing. The tables were dirty, & our burgers arrived poorly wrapped with missing ingredients. When I approached the manager, Jakob, he dismissed my concerns & insisted the food met Culver's standards.
Jakob's response to our complaints was unprofessional. He offered to add ingredients to one burger & requested we return all our food for him to "fix" the burgers. An unthoughtful further disruption to our family's experience. The situation worsened when we found an insect in a burger. We asked for a refund, Jakob initially argued & only agreed to a refund after seeing the bug himself and used the F-word in front of our 5 year old.
His condescending attitude was unprofessional & inappropriate. Such poor service is unprecedented at Culver's. Jakob's behavior raises concerns about the kitchen's standards & overall management.
This incident was particularly upsetting for our child to witness. We'd prefer driving further to other locations with better service. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly. The location needs urgent attention to meet standards we expect from Culver's. All Culver's share a consistent culture, this one does not!

This is a newer location, and I gotta say they did a great job and am so happy to have Culver's in Plano now! The food at every Culver's I have visited is always made fresh to order and comes to you nice and hot! The quality of the food is good, in my opinion, as well, not burnt, not undercooked! The wait time wasn't bad at all and the service workers are very friendly!
