Peggy was our waitress. She is so friendly. Definitely will be back. This was our first time there. She is a very hard worker. I think she deserves a raise. We loved her!!

Exquisite Skillet Pancake House Plano IL is a friendly diner with a good mix on the menu. The service is like old friends having you over for breakfast. The food is amazing, hot, and fresh, with big portions. The Country Breakfast, Steak and Eggs, and Cinnamon Roll French Toast with Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Sausage, and Hashbrowns are delicious. The restaurant is clean and the servers are nice. It is a great place to bring the family and definitely recommend for breakfast, especially the pancakes, which are also available gluten free, and the skillet.
