Several employees are very rude and non coffee drinks are ALWAYS watered down and they have a terrible attitude when you ask for it to be corrected. Spend more than 5 dollars for colored waters smh I will drive the extra 10 min to the gas n wash from now on

I use to love Dunkin so much but now it's just a horrible shell. I ordered a assorted dozen and 25 munchkin for $27... I wouldn't complain if the donuts had a good assortment but only had 5 donuts choices and only had 2 choices of munchkin. Munchkin had many deformed pieces that's a 1/4 of the original size and they counted it as one. This was at noon. Never going back Dunkin donuts.

Appears as a normal dunkin. Service is mediocre. Just got my hashbrowns, they were still frozen and cold to the touch. Not sure what's going on there.

If I could give a 0 I would. We walked in and we were the customers in the store. Ordered a basic bagel and other things. Then another customer came ordered a bagel. They gave our bagel to the most the other customer and we said that was our bagel they ignored us. Then never gave us our bagel. After talking to them, they seemed they didn’t care. And just gave us a room temperature bagel when we ordered a toasted one. We just wanted to have a quick breakfast and one of us didn’t even get to eat. We got one apology from the lady who took our order. Need to train your employees to ask before handing food off to the wrong customer.

Bad service today. They usually have good service here. But I asked for Egg bites and got this, Took it back and they said they switch it and ask did I want my egg bites warmed up I said yes but they didn’t even do that. My egg bites were cold sitting on counter and that’s how they gave it to me.. smh So refund I did. Hopefully next time the original morning crew is there taking my order!

Worst dunkin ever. employees are the rudest people I've ever met in my life and can't get any orders right. when asked to fix THIER mistake they get very nasty and disrespectful to you.
I was told not to go to the Plano Dunkin bc they are rude and don’t get order right. I always believe you should see for yourself. Those people were right. So rude and order not right. I never order from Dunkin so I have no clue what am doing. Girl was not friendly or helpful and seemed very annoyed. Do better Plano Dunkin.

I went through the drive thru. Everything was fine until the employee at the window and kept wiping his nose with his hand! Then took the same hand to hand me back my card! Future reference, you might want to wear gloves, use hand sanitizer. DISGUSTING!

I am primarily a drive-through customer of this location, and I visit them in the mornings after I drop the kids off at school.
I can’t really speak for anybody else, but what I have experienced is that the people at this Dunkin’ Donuts kick major a** and plow through lines of cars like they were born to do it. I often spend less time at the pay/pickup window than I do actually ordering, which says something about how well-oiled their processes are.
Always prompt, quick, and I don’t see high turnover of their staff.
I go here all the time for at least a year now and I haven’t had a single problem once. Many others can probably say the same, because the volume of business they do can speak for itself.
