I went through the drive thru. Everything was fine until the employee at the window and kept wiping his nose with his hand! Then took the same hand to hand me back my card! Future reference, you might want to wear gloves, use hand sanitizer. DISGUSTING!

I am primarily a drive-through customer of this location, and I visit them in the mornings after I drop the kids off at school.
I can’t really speak for anybody else, but what I have experienced is that the people at this Dunkin’ Donuts kick major a** and plow through lines of cars like they were born to do it. I often spend less time at the pay/pickup window than I do actually ordering, which says something about how well-oiled their processes are.
Always prompt, quick, and I don’t see high turnover of their staff.
I go here all the time for at least a year now and I haven’t had a single problem once. Many others can probably say the same, because the volume of business they do can speak for itself.

I hit up a Dunkin 4 to 7 times a week. They are basically all the same (Which is both a good and bad thing) But I have never been at a Dunkin with more uncaring and outright rude employees. I am not sure how ordering a normal hot coffee and a single doughnut can even turn into a bad experience, but the girl behind the counter accomplished this seeming impossible feat! I'm definitely NOT going back to this particular Dunkin, and would recommend that you all avoid it too!

Every time I come here, I am met with problems. For starters, the staff is rude, which has seemingly been pointed out by many people with no change. I understand that everyone has rough days, but constant attitude simply for ordering it ridiculous. Next, the coffee is always a gamble, and with recent price jacks it’s not worth the gamble. Lastly, seemingly every time I order food… something is wrong. Even though I usually stop here for convenience, I would rather venture out a little further and not continue to waist my money on this location.

The weekday morning shift employees are some of the most rudest employees I've ever encountered. They clearly hate when customers order via the Dunkin app, and will make that known to the customer.
On multiple occasions I've ordered 1-2 things on the app, get to the drive thru and the employees will rudely say "yeah we just got it, pull up!". They then make me pull around to the back of the building and wait. On all these occasions I've been the only person in the drive thru line and ordered no more than 2 times. They purposely give customers attitude and make them wait when they order via the app.
Their behavior is unprofessional and just bizarre. I would much rather go to Scooters or drive further to Starbucks.
They listen to your order because they don't care. No total or anything like wow.
