I was overcharged and instead of receiving a refund I was told to dispute it with my bank and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone got extremely rude aggressive and irritated. Honestly its just 10$ overcharge bit its the principle for me. I called corporate and was advised there’s nothing they can do besides call upper management but per the worker upper management is the one refusing to approve the refund.

Pizza was whatever, had no real "pizzaz" to it. Had gotten the chicken sausage medium and it literally was whatever. We ordered a bacon cheese bread special, and we got a garlic one instead. And not only that, the garlic bread that we didn't ordered was so entrenched with raw garlic, I figured that I can scrap it off and use it for cooking later on in the week and save some money from going to the grocery store. We also ordered a side of chicken Alfredo pasta but when you open the box, the portion was a little lower than half of the aluminum bowl it came in. For this issue, I don't know if it's a store policy and that's the normal portion that it comes in. I wouldn't know, since this is my first time eating from this Pizza Hut location but if that's the case, Definitely not ordering pasta again if that's the case. Just a whatever experience.

Idk when pizza hut started drenching their pizza in sauce but its kinda gross. You must now ask for light sauce to get a regular sauced pizza. Be aware. Not just this pizza hut but all.

Won't be ordering from here again. Ordered a large pizza with cinnamon sticks and pasta. I've never had any issues until today. The pizza was fine. The pasta had no flavor, and the topping was just a hard, thick layer of cheese that was inedible. The sticks were undercooked, doey breadsticks with sloppy sugar and cinnamon plopped on top. I had the worst stomach after I tried to eat any of it. I don't know what happened, but the quality at this place has gone from 100% to 2%. No effort what so ever.

Ive never had a problem here, today the door dasher forgot my 2 liter or pepsi, no big deal things happen, i called mostly just hoping to get a refund for it but the guy i spoke to was very nice and had a driver bring it out to me!
Been getting supreme pizza here for years, never had issues, always solid & never stingy with toppings! & the app always has deals ! Other locations I’ve tried aren’t as good as the Plano location! Supreme pizza with stuffed crust but usually I get hand tossed and it’s SO GOOD. & have always done takeout & it’s ready FAST! & THEIR BUFFALO WINGS are so yummy , although kinda pricey but love it enough to get it everytime.

Wish I could put zero stars.. for the second time now. My pizza was not even in the system when I got to the store. Upon arrival I was told we haven’t started you order. Even though the screen said order ready. They told to come back in 15-20min. Irritated already I left and came back 20min later. I pickup my order get it home only to realize it is the wrong pizza not even close. The solution.. bring back the Wrong pizza and we will give the right one in 15-20 min.. nearly 1 hr and a half and a huge headache for a pizza. I contacted the corporate office. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Order for pick up and got the wrong pizza, not only was it wrong it was absolutely terrible and burnt on top of if. Not sure how they could have given me the wrong pizza since it was slow and I was one of two orders on the screen, silly me for not checking. Called the store they said they would give me credit and it's linked to my phone so shouldn't be a problem, well no credit... yorkville location is much better if your in the mood for fast food pizza

SO RUDE!!!! Customer service was awful. Called regarding my curbside order stating my husband was there, as instructed to do on the Pizza Hut app. Whoever answered the phone rudely snapped back “K I just gave him the food” to which I respond “oh thank you! I’m sorry” and then he hung up. So disrespectful and distasteful. I will definitely not return to this location. Train your employees to do better and be better! This was sad.
