Asked for a cup of water (no lid or straw) for my two year old since we ran out after already checking out. The guy working tried charging me for that cup of water. Didn't want a bottle literally tap would have been fine. This place needs to find some decency and overall morals.

Possibly the best location ive ever done buisness at, and now i will ONLY be buying from this location moving forward! The owners are there every day because they care about their buisness, & they just do all of the things that the other locations dont. They are fast, the food is always fresh, they are enthusiastic from start to finish with every customer and most importantly you can tell they care about their work! They arent like these other locations that just hire a bunch of kids who dont care about the job, this location wants you to keep coming back and they do that with great service and a smile! PLEASE the next time your in plano or sandwhich and wanna grab subway, drive the extra 2 minutes and stop at this location. You will be happy that you did!

The lady who was attending us sneezed into her hand and was about to make my sandwich when I asked her if she can change her gloves which she did. When she was done with the sandwich and pizza she just threw it on to the counter and didn't tell me the price of my food.

So we were looking for a Subway and had a huge taste for a sandwich. However, my husband asked the associate to put the veggies on the bottom of the sandwich. The guy was putting things one by one on the sandwich and when he asked for additional onions the guy threw a huge handful like he was annoyed. It was really disappointing he took that kind of attitude. Unfortunately we will not be visiting this location as this isn’t the first time.

Here's the story, you be the judge. I like Subway, I really do. So I take my twin 10 yr old boys, they each order a 12" meatball marinara, with mozzarella, which they portion in little plastic cups. I watched her dump one cup in her other hand, dispose of the cup with cheese still inside, and spread the shredded cheese across the top front edge of the sandwich, watching the cheese fall off the front edge of the sandwich and into the chicken teriyaki pan below. Next cup (2 tiny cups per 12"..), same thing. I was foolish for not saying anything anything, because next sandwich, same thing but even more cheese into the chicken teriyaki pan. She sends the sandwich down, and I'm just speechless, and I say so. Her: "What are you talking about?" Me: "All the cheese you dumped into the chicken teriyaki." She looks into the tub and back at me: "It's only a little." Wrong thing to say to me. "Where is the cheese supposed to go? On the sandwich...why should any of the cheese wind up in the tub, or on the floor, or right there (dropped from my son's sandwich and onto the cutting board.) Her: "You want the cheese off the cutting board?" Me: "No, I want the cheese on the sandwich!" Fellow customers, please understand...Subway is notoriously cheap with their cheese to begin with, surprising because I do believe them to be generous with the meats and veggies. Anyway, the best part's coming... So she says to me, "Look, do you want a sandwich or not?" And I cannot even describe the attitude with which she said that. Now, the best part...another sandwich technician comes over, grabs one of the small tubs of cheese out of the prep pan, opens it, takes about a third of it to put on my son's sandwich to make up for the dropped cheese, I guess, puts the lid back on, and tossed the tiny tub back into the prep pan, for use on somebody else's sandwich I suppose. Think about that. So I told her, no, I can't have someone with that attitude handling my food. Ring me up, we'll take these two and go. Meanwhile, this young person could not stop yelling, smiling and laughing the whole time while being escorted to the back by other employees. So, my friends, you can second guess me, somehow turn this around to me (What are you complaining about a little cheese?...), etc., you're wrong. I've been a Decatur teacher a long time, and over the years there just seems to be certain people that you just know, from their attitude, bearing, and body language, you just know they are trouble. And when they are in your classroom, that's one thing, but when they are handling your FOOD, and your children's food, that's something else. And when they do wrong and laugh about it...well, you decide. This is the Subway on S. First Drive by Billingsley. My family of five has eaten there eight days out of the last two weeks, and I told them we are not coming back.

\\\"They do the little things right.\\\" I was at the counter waiting for the woman in front of me to order and out of nowhere a gentlemen emerges from the back, welcomes me and takes my order. The woman finishing up another sandwich order comes to finish mine and the gentlemen completes the payment on the customer in front of me and returns to the back. As i'm finishing my order with the usual sauce I'm told it's discontinued and there isn't any available. Once again out of nowhere the gentlemen emerges and says they have a reserve batch of what i was looking for and retrieves it from not the back but his car. Without a coat he runs out quickly to retrieve the sauce and I'm able to get exactly what i wanted. It's easy to take things like this for granted and in this day and age too many people don't acknowledge genuine acts of kindness and respect. Being in the service industry I notice everything and that in my book is what great customer service is all about. Kudos to you and your team for \\\"doing the little things right!\\\" I definitely will be back in the future.\ Sincerly,\ Scott Svejda
