Nuby's Steakhouse

My husband & I were there on a Saturday afternoon. There was one patron & the owner Rick.
Rick was also the cook, bartender & waiter!! He was also a good conversationalist! We ordered the pound cheeseburger, which we shared, onion rings & fries! The food was delicious !!

Burgers had great flavor but were a little o er cooked. Wings had good flavor. I requested extra crispy. They were not crispy at all.

Absolutely the BEST burger you'll ever have!!! Charming back road diner and bar, serving up small town hospitality and fresh farm food. Don't let the for sale sign deter you, they're still open and serving as long as there's a car in the parking lot.

Stopped in today for the first time with Lou Young. Really enjoyed talking with the owners and the burger was great.

The food was delicious and the portions were big. Their Caesar salad was incredible! They make their own dressing there and it was divine. The owner sat and talked with us for a long while which was lovely! Nuby’s is a little gem tucked away from the busyness. Looking for great food and attentiveness? Nuby's is family- owned, local dinner hang since the 60's. While clean and neat, it still carries that vibe- as in the photo: where else is there a pay phone?

Food was great, and atmosphere even better. Nice small town environment, the owners and staff were all very accommodating and we had nice conversations. Definitely recommend the onion rings!

My best friend used to deliver beer to Nuby's back in the 90's for his dad's business. I'll never forget when I rode along the route and ate a burger there for the first time with him. We went back several times. He passed in 2013. I haven't been back in 15-20 years or more, but am planning on soon as the food was just amazing. I drive by sometimes and look over and think of the good times.
