Jake's basket was delicious and very filling. However, don't forget some pie! Very nice portions and the people were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Dogwood Inn and look forward to going back to try more!
The Buffet Idea is Outstanding!! So need one in our area. However the food was not very good. The breakfast quiche was unedible. Scrambled Eggs had no flavor nor the breakfast gravy. Fried chicken was good though. Battered and flavorful. Mashed potatoes again no flavor and dry. Nice service everyone was nice. Salt and pepper shakers were dirty and sticky. I probably won't go back but again the idea of the Dogwood Inn is a great idea. Just needs a bit of work.
I've driven and rode past this place many times over the years, but never stopped in. On our way home we were hungry and thought, lets give them a try. We got there at an odd time on a Sunday as there were only a couple of other tables occupied. We were greeted and seated promptly.
