After hearing rave reviews from friends, we finally stopped by this gem of a restaurant. I ordered their steak burrito loaded with everything, while my husband opted for the tacos. He loved his tacos. I had to offer him a taste of my burrito, and let's just say, I never got it back! That's how good it was. The flavors were incredible, and the portions were generous. The seating area is cozy but small, and you order at the window, where they promptly bring out your food....
I'm only going low on "atmosphere" specifically because the age of the building is such that the entrance stairs are quite hazardous for a disabled person like myself. I don't know how often I'll be in town, but I'll certainly come back. I just hope the owner or landlord can put in a ramp or other safe entrance.
Clean, simple needs, BUT FABULOUS FOOD. I love the AlPastor tacos, chips, salsa, beans n rice. I drive up from Dixon just for my lunch or diner when hubby is playing volleyball, and we meet the kids there now n then. Everyone has something different and Jesus gets it all done and right.
