This is a very small winery off the beaten path. It has a small tasting room. The woman serving the wine was very friendly and informative. They didn't seem to have flights. They just let you sample small sips for free. You can try as many as you want. We found one we liked and were able to get a bottle to take along. The views here are nice. It's sort of secluded but with views of the vines. It's not a big fancy operation but it's worth checking out and you can try some samples without getting tipsy.
Cute winery, gorgeous outdoor view!
Great wine and view
Best winery on the trail. Beautiful, low key setting with a wide array of great wines.
Absolutely the best view on the wine trail! This vineyard is nestled perfectly in the Shawnee National Forest hills. Their wines are all made from grapes grown right on the property, and you can really taste the quality. Whether you sit in the cozy tasting room, on the deck, or at one of the vineyard picnic tables, the scenery is breathtaking. Such a peaceful, tranquil spot surrounded by natural beauty. Perfect place to relax and enjoy excellent wine!
Great experience.
Heartas blush. Their flagship wine.
Sylvia was friendly, welcoming & a pleasure to visit with. They have been in business for 40 years.
Impressive!
Quaint place off the beaten path. Beautiful scenery. Quiet & peaceful. We tried the dry reds. Not bad.
Great view and great service plus amazing wine! I had “the other side” red wine blend and it’s an easy drinker - great with anything!I love this place to come with my husband and just relax! So romantic with the great views.Met the winemaker who is awesome too!You just cannot beat the views! Highly recommend you stop here on your wine tour!
This small winery is definitely off the beaten path, but it is in a very peaceful location. Bring some cheese and crackers or whatever you prefer to snack on and buy a glass or a bottle of their wine after tasting all the options in the tasting room. Then go outside and sit in one of the chairs overlooking the vineyard and feel the tension leaving your body as you relax.
There are many excellent wines and wineries along the Shawnee Wine Trail. Hickory Ridge in Pomona is a favorite! We bought a mixed case of wines because it was too hard to choose just one! Thank-you to the owner who guided us through the tastings of their varietal selections.

Horrible. Asked the woman 3 times how much it was for a tasting and she never would answer. We left and next stop we made were informed she’d called all wineries on the trail to say two girls skipped out on their tab. I was mortified. It was $6. I ended up giving her $10 and told her we would not be back!!!!

Loved our visit here on a warm winter day in February. Their Norton dry red is the best I've had and definitely worth the stop! Also can't beat the view here. Serene and beautiful.
