Updating previous review from last weeks bad experience. I truly understand places having a “bad” night and that’s exactly what happened. Later that evening, the general manager reached out to me by calling my phone and apologizing for our experience and explained what happened. He offered us a free pizza for future order. Today, we took up that offer. Like I said, I understand being short staffed and things not going the greatest, so we decided to give them another shot… we ordered the exact order as last time. Pizza was here in great time and was delicious!! The general manager even reached back out to me and thanked us for giving them another try and let me know the pizza was on the way. Thank you Cole! We appreciate the great customer service you have given us!
Ordered pizza tonight about 6:17… estimated delivery was 7:00-7:10. No probem, seems pretty typical for a Saturday night as I understand it was probably busy. 7:22 on rolled around and I figured I should maybe call and check on why it’s still not delivered. She put me on hold… got back on phone and said pizza is in oven and will be here within 20 minutes. 8pm it was FINALLY delivered… 40 minutes later. We waited for 1 hour and 43 minutes for a 14 inch pepperoni pizza with extra cheese that we paid $28 for that BARELY had cheese in it when it was delivered and all the sauce was in the middle of the pizza. Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this place again.

My experience wasn’t so great we asked for a table in the back room. The waitress said we couldn’t have it because it was dirty and it would take her a little while to get to it . We told her we would wait , she slammed down the he menus and told us it would awhile as she was busy right now , She preceded to do anything but clean off said table, My family and i waited for about fifteen min as we stood there she whispered to other servers even stopped other servers from coming up to us. We waited about 15min and about ten other people walked in no one was seated because of that server we finally left. Terrible experience never going there again.

The pizza sauce is the best I e tasted on a pizza ever. The Italian beef roll is perfect with the whole pepperchinis gave it a great flavor. I suggest this pizza stop to all pizza lovers!!! FR. And they deliver to Flanagan!

We eat a LOT of pizza from restaurants across the country and this is still one of the best thin crust pizzas that we have found. Extra thin and crispy and delicious! If you are looking for thin crust then definitely stop here!!

My first time there tonight. I ordered the pan pizza bbq chicken. Cheesy garlic bread, pepperoli, and 3 pantastic cookies. Had 3 friends with us. Very good pizza. My only complaint was I bit into a clear plastic hard piece in my pizza. I put it in my hand and showed the server. She got the manager immediately. He came over took the plastic piece and told after I approached him and asked about the check then he told us he would comp the pizza. Didn’t get the managers name but he did have a studder in his voice. He said he took 30% off only and didn’t even offer to remake the pizza. And charged me for it. I didn’t even eat the pizza after that. We addressed him and he wasn’t willing to work with us at all, just wanted the money. I didn’t want the waitress to pay for it, not her fault, so she addressed it with the manager and he finally took care of it. But still that should have been done right the first time. The service was great the rest of the food, good. But that manager really turned me off to returning.
